You can either use our internal system for generating guest codes or continue working within your existing hotel PMS. We integrate with 8 systems, most of which include full pre-check-in functionality – including payment and guest data collection.
Reservations & access codes
With PMS integration, the guest books and pays for their stay, then automatically receives a unique access code via email. Code validity is set in advance and can be adjusted anytime.
Building access & key collection
The guest arrives, enters the code on the access device (if installed), enters the building, and uses the same code on the box. The correct compartment opens, containing keys or access cards. All data is stored in the system, giving the property a complete overview.

Local manufacturing and service
We develop and manufacture Keyguru boxes in the Czech Republic, from the first sketch and prototype (originally 3D printed and now only remotely resembling the current version). Production now takes place in a small, fully equipped facility in Brno. This allows us to quickly respond to your requests and market conditions while maintaining harmony between hardware and software development.
