- Employees submit a vehicle request in CCS Carnet
- The fleet manager assigns an available vehicle based on location
- After approval, a unique Keyguru access code is generated automatically
- The employee enters the code at the Keyguru box to collect keys and documents
- After use, keys are returned the same way
- Access codes can be customised with flexible validity periods
- A master code is available for special or non-standard operations
