key handover process
Everything is handled online. The fleet manager no longer needs to track requests manually or rely on spreadsheets. Vehicle keys are securely stored in the self-service box. After entering a unique code on the box display, the employee gains access to the correct compartment at the scheduled time.
Online monitoring

Fleet managers can monitor access, reservations, and key returns in real time. You can see exactly when keys were collected and when they were returned – all tracked under the same access code. Keys remain securely stored and ready for the next scheduled use.

Local manufacturing and service
We develop and manufacture Keyguru boxes in the Czech Republic, from the first sketch and prototype (originally 3D printed and now only remotely resembling the current version). Production now takes place in a small, fully equipped facility in Brno. This allows us to quickly respond to your requests and market conditions while maintaining harmony between hardware and software development.
