How does it work?
Installation of the smart box
Based on your service capacity, we design the optimal box size for your needs. We install it directly at your location – at the entrance, next to reception, or outdoors under a shelter near your parking area. The solution can also include integration with your DMS system, including payment gateway integration. For maximum security, we recommend placing the box within range of a camera system. With the latest Keyguru box model, we can also provide a built-in camera and alarm system.
Digital key handover
A mechanic places the keys into the Keyguru box, and once payment is completed, the customer receives a unique, time-limited PIN code. This code allows access to a specific compartment. After entering the code, the box securely releases or accepts the keys, and the entire process is automatically recorded in the system. You always have a clear overview of who collected or returned the keys – from anywhere, in just seconds.
Online monitoring
Your system, integrated with the Keyguru box, clearly displays access history and compartment usage. This gives you full control over key movement while making your operations more transparent and efficient. Access permissions can be updated, extended, or revoked at any time – all in just a few clicks.

Local manufacturing and service
We develop and manufacture Keyguru boxes in the Czech Republic, from the first sketch and prototype (originally 3D printed and now only remotely resembling the current version). Production now takes place in a small, fully equipped facility in Brno. This allows us to quickly respond to your requests and market conditions while maintaining harmony between hardware and software development.
